Funing, Jiangsu Province has built a wind power equipment industry base. In response to the coastal development strategy and focus on cultivating the wind power equipment industry, the wind power industry park in Funing County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province has recently been completed. The park has a planned area of 5800 Mu and has set up a guiding fund of 400million yuan for the development of wind power industry. At present, projects with a total budget of more than 4billion yuan, such as fan blades, stators, rotors, gearboxes, flanges, final assembly, towers, blade molds, have been put into operation or are under construction. It is estimated that the annual sales will reach 8billion yuan in 2010 and 15billion yuan in 2015, making it the wind power equipment manufacturing industry base in East China, as an interior parts region, which most proposes the concept of S-N fatigue life curve and fatigue limit
